What's your capacity?

We accommodate up to 150 seated, with a minimum of 50 guests for the catered events.

Do you provide accommodation?

We offer venue only hire, giving you complete freedom to choose accommodation that suits your guests. Jervis Bay offers extensive options from boutique B&Bs to beachside resorts, all within 10 to 15 minutes of our venue.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Absolutely! Whilst we provide premium catering through Apple Tree Catering, you’re welcome to choose your own photographer, florist, celebrant, entertainment, and other vendors. Check our recommended vendors page for trusted local professionals.

What's included in the venue hire?

All AV equipment, tables, chairs, dance floor, mood lighting, fully serviced bar facilities, outdoor patio access, parking, and your dedicated wedding coordinator.

When can we access the venue?

With our 48-hour hire fee, vendors can set up the afternoon of the day prior to your event, allowing you ample time for decorating the venue and an event rehearsal if required. We’ll create a detailed timeline during your planning session.

What if it rains?

Our venue includes beautiful indoor spaces with the option to use our outdoor patio. We’ll discuss backup plans during your planning sessions.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely. Apple Tree Catering works with you to accommodate all dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and other requirements.

Can we see the venue before booking?
